From the last submission to OMB, there are adjustments/decreases to this information collection due to a decrease in the number of Certified Accounting Authorities and a change in use. Therefore, the total number of respondents decreased from 19 to 10 (-9), the number of responses annually has decreased from 59 to 22 (-37), the annual burden hours has decreased from 79 to 24 (-55) and the total annual costs decreased from $475,000 to $250,000 (-$225,000).
