Abstract: This collection requires offerors, when responding to a solicitation that provides for an evaluation criterion regarding the employment/use of members of the Selected Reserve, to indicate their intent to use such employees in their offer by including documentation to support this intent. DFARS provision 252.215-7005, Evaluation Factor for Employing or Subcontracting with Members of the Selected Reserve, applies.
