Abstract: State disability determinations services collect the information SSA needs to administer our disability program. For the purposes of this ICR, we divide this information into three categories: 1) consultative examinations (a/b/c); 2) medical evidence of record; and 3) pain/other symptoms/impairment. Respondents are individuals, private sector, and State and local governments. We are submitting a non-substantive Change Request to request a new notice for use for CE video teleconferences specifically for the current COVID-19 emergency. The new notice will mirror our current call script which OMB approved on 4/30/20.
