Abstract: The North Pacific Fishery Management Council has developed several fishery cooperative programs as options in larger catch share programs. As part of these cooperative programs, the Council required that cooperatives submit annual reports detailing various activities of the cooperative. These reports are intended to be a resource for the Council to track the effectiveness of the cooperative and their ability to meet the Council’s goals. Additionally, they are a tool for the cooperatives to provide feedback on the programs. This information collection is being revised due to an associated rule (0648-BJ73) to implement Amendment 111 to the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska and a regulatory amendment to reauthorize the Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Program. This rule removes the requirement that the Annual Rockfish Cooperative Report be submitted to NMFS. A non-rule-related revision is also made to remove the American Fisheries Act Catcher Vessel Intercooperative Agreement as a separate component of this collection.

This results in a program change of 1 less response, 45 fewer burden hours, and -$5 costs. This revision also removes the American Fisheries Act Catcher Vessel Intercooperative Agreement as it is not needed. This adjustment removes 1 response, 48 burden hours, and $2,105 costs.
