Abstract: Veterans, servicepersons and members of the reserves submit these forms (VA Forms 22-1990, 22-1990E, 22-1990N) to apply for education benefits under chapters 30, 32, and 33 of title 38 U.S.C.; chapters 1606 and 1607 of title 10, U.S.C.; and section 903 of PL 96-342. VA uses this information to determine eligibility for education benefits.
