Abstract: To provide contract, grant, and cooperative agreement applicants and awardees with templates for the creation of Data Management Plans (DMP). DMPs are required of entities using federal funds to collect or generate new public health data. DMPs will be submitted to CDC by contract, grant and cooperative agreement awardees for assessment to verify that they are concordant with CDC's data sharing policy.
