Abstract: Rule 0-5 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 sets forth the procedure for applications under the Investment Company Act. Respondents to the collection are applying for orders from the Commission under one or more provisions of the Investment Company Act. The Commission uses the information required by rules 0-5(e) and 0-5(g) to decide whether the applicant should be deemed to be entitled to the action requested by the applicant.
