No. Field Name Units Field Formats, Codes, & Special Instructions 8. Sulfur Baseline ppm 9999.99; Number. Enter the registered facility gasoline sulfur baseline. Beginning 2004, GPA only. 9. Average Sulfur Standard ppm 9999.99; Number. Enter the applicable gasoline sulfur average standard. 40 CFR 80.195, 80.216, 80.240, or 80.270 10. 2004 Per-Gallon Cap Sulfur Standard ppm 9999.99; Number. Enter the applicable gasoline sulfur Per-Gallon Cap Standard for 2004. 40 CFR 80.195(d). 11. Sulfur Level ppm 9999.99; Number. Enter the average annual sulfur level as determined under 40 CFR 80.205. 12. Adjusted Sulfur Level ppm 9999.99; Number. Enter the adjusted average annual sulfur level after applying credits & allotments as provided under 40 CFR 80.195 (b)(3) and (b)(4). (Starts 2004 for GPA and Small Refiners. Burden means the total time, effort, or financial resources expended by persons to generate, maintain, retain, or disclose or provide information to or for a Federal agency.
