Abstract: The Commission is submitting this revised information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to add information collection requirements adopted in the IP CTS Modernization Order pursuant to section 225 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the Act), and to modify the estimates of existing burdens that were included in the June 2018 Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

Short Statement: Due to new information collection requirements in the IP CTS Modernization Order, the Commission makes the following program changes: the annual number of responses has increased by +15, from 7,299 to 7,314 annual number of responses; and the annual burdens hours has increased by +1,520 annual burden hours, from 10,822 to 12,342. There are no adjustments to this collection.
