Short Statement: This is a reinstatement; therefore, all burden is new. Compared to the previously approved collection, burden has increased by 1,050 hours due to increases in the number of respondents and the burden hours per respondent. As a result of increased funding, the number of respondents (grantees) increased. The current burden estimate is based on the anticipated 350 respondents expected for the 4 year reporting cycle.
