Abstract: The Uniform Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS) regulation requires HUD's multifamily housing program participants to submit financial data electronically, using generally accepted accounting principles, in a prescribed format. Electronic submissions of this data require use of a template. HUD uses this information to monitor the owners' compliance with regulatory requirements and to assess fiscal performance.

Short Statement: This is a reinstatement with change of an expired collection. There are no program changes or adjustments reported in items 13 and 14 of the OMB Form 83-i. The change in inventory in item 13 of page 1 reflects an increase of project owners of newly insured projects that have been added to the portfolio since last report, as well as older projects that changed hands and are now required to submit annual financial statements.
