The Commission also requires regional planning committee concurrence for narrowband general use channels and certain low power channels. The Commission requires State licensees to certify that they are providing or prepared to provide substantial service within certain deadlines as a condition of their license.
The Commission is reporting adjustments/decreases to this collection. The total number of respondents decreased from 2,283 to 2,271 (-12), total annual responses decreased from 2,283 to 2,271 (-12) and the total annual burden hours decreased from 2,336 to 2,312 (-24).
