Short Statement: This is a reinstatement with change to an expired collection. The Labor Cost to Respondent burden has decreased since the previous approval. This decrease was the result of a mathematical error in the formula that was used in the previous approval. The formula used a pay rate of one hour and should have used a pay rate of ten minutes of one hour.
