Abstract: This consolidates the information collections that were previously approved under three separate OMB control numbers: TRUE-UP - Formerly 3060-1064. Opportunity for licensees to update or otherwise correct their assessed fee amounts. WAIVERS – Formerly 3060-0655. Per 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1119 and 1.1166, the FCC may waive or defer fee for good cause shown. EXEMPTION - Current 3060-0812. When licensee or regulatee requests exemption from regulatory fees based on non-profit status.
