Short Statement: This is an extension of a currently approved collection. There are no program changes since the last request for approval of this information collection. The number of burden hours decreased because of the decreased use of budget based rent increase requests across the portfolio, and the aging out of old closed programs such as Section 236. HUD is also encouraging project owners to utilize a standardized set of rent tables provided by HUD to owners and managers annually.
