Abstract: This is a survey of users and non users including for hire diving and fishing operations that operate in and around the current Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary (GRNMS). Information is obtained to assess the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the management strategies and regulations and obtain information to help better understand stakeholders (users and non users of sanctuary resources).
