Short Statement: The Commission estimates that on average approximately 12 respondents file Form N-6F notifications each year. The Commission further estimates that this information collection imposes a burden of 0.5 hours which results in a total annual PRA burden of 6 hours, representing a decrease of 1.5 hours per year. The decrease in burden hours for Form N 6F is attributable to a decrease in the number of estimated respondents per year from 15 to 12 since the Commission’s previous estimate. There is no change in estimated cost burden for outside professionals associated with the collection of data relating to Form N-6F, because the Commission estimates these costs to be minimal.
