Abstract: The Commission is revising this collection to reflect the Commission’s adoption of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) in MB Docket No. 16-161, FCC 16-62, In the Matter of Revisions to Public Inspection File Requirements – Broadcaster Correspondence File and Cable Principal Headend Location, adopted on May 25, 2016. The NPRM proposes to remove and reserve 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1708.
