Abstract: To ensure that each victim-related inquiry is answered in a timely manner, the Victim Related Inquiry (VRI) system is used to track and maintain the communication between SAPRO, the inquirer, and the agency that the inquiry is referred to, as well as records documenting permission for SAPRO.
