Abstract: GlobalNET is a web based information technology platform to improve international partner outreach and collaboration efforts in a federated environment. GlobalNET was designed to promote outreach and collaboration among alumni, students, and subject matter experts (SME) of regional centers for security studies, educational institutions, and organizations examining international security cooperation. Information collected includes name, citizenship, e-mail address, telephone #, gender, date of birth, education, biographic information to create online profile/account.
