Abstract: This information collection is related to DFARS part 246 and clauses at 252.246-7003, Notification of Potential Safety Issues; 252.246-7005, Notice of Warranty Tracking of Serialized Items; and 252.246-7006, Warranty Tracking of Serialized Items. In accordance with these clauses, (1) contractors notify DoD of any nonconformance or deficiency that could impact the safety of items and (2) contractors provide DoD warranty information on some serialized items.
