Abstract: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) seeks OMB approval to collect performance information from recipients of CDC funds awarded under CDC programs, excluding those that support research. Awardees will report progress and activity information to CDC on a set schedule as determined in the Notice of Award, using a fillable PDF Performance Progress and Monitoring Report (PPER) collection form.
