Good afternoon Ms. Pollard:
The following responds to the HUD request in the Federal Register, dated January 27, 2016.
I am a housing consultant and have worked with the Form HUD-92403-CA for many years on
numerous 202 and 811 projects.
Recommendations:
1. Revise the form to include a separate box in the upper left of page 1 of the Form to include the
Owner's Tax Identification Number and the Owner's DUNS. HUD requires this information but
there is no specific place on the form for it unless it is inserted in other boxes.
2. Revise the form to enable the Owner to show the Items requested by funding source and totals
for each funding source. HUD needs to know of the funding requested, what the funding sources
are for each HUD Advance.
3. Eliminate the shading in Column B to allow the HUD-Approved Amount to be read more
clearly.
