Abstract: To determine the eligibility and continued validation of authorized individuals Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) who receive and utilize an AFN satellite receiver. Provide U.S. military commanders worldwide with a unique means to communicate internal information directly as needed to OCONUS users. Records may also be used as a management tool for statistical analysis, tracking, reporting, evaluating program effectiveness, and conducting research.
