Facility Gasoline Sulfur Annual Report Instructions OMB Control No. 2060-0437 Expires 04/30/2007 Gasoline Sulfur Report for Batches Containing Previously Certified Gasoline Report Form ID: GSF0500 Issue Date: January 25, 2001 Use Overhead ID: OH-GSF01 Use this set of forms when reporting a new batch of gasoline or blendstock which contains a previously certified component. A complete set of reports is made up of one each Previously-Certified Batch, Blended, and Calculated Report forms. Using the Batch Type codes below, the batch volume and sulfur information contained in the reports is best represented by : C = B - P. Batches reported under the RFG & Anti-Dumping Program do not need to be reported on this form; except in the case of composite samples of conventional gasoline representing multiple batches produced after December 31, 2003. In this case, the information in this report must be provided for each of the individual batches of conventional gasoline making up the composite sample. (Per 40 CFR 80.370 (a)(7)) Approved Foreign Refiners producing credits must report individual batch information on this form for batches containing previously certified gasoline. No. Field Name 8. Please include preceding zeros where applicable. 10. Precert Batch AAAAAA; Character. Reference the previously certified batch number. (For Blended and Calculated batch types only. Leave blank for Previously Certified.) 11. Product Type AA; Character. Enter the one appropriate product description code from the following list. RG: RFG – Reformulated Gasoline RO: RBOB – any oxygenate RE: RBOB – ethers only RS: RBOB – refiner specified CG: Conventional Gasoline OB: Conventional gasoline (oxygen backout) CB: Conventional blendstock GT: GTAB – Gasoline treated as blendstock 12.
