Also, report the generation of allotments by allotment type attributed to a specific facility. Early Allotment generation begins 2003. All other allotment banking should be reported on the Company Allotment Banking Report (Form GSC0100). Credit Generation Facility 12345 of company 1111 generates 10000 early credits in the 2000 averaging period. The credit generation would be reported as in the sample that follows. Allotment Generation Facility 12345 of company 1111 generates 5000 type A, and 1000 type B early allotments in the 2003 averaging period. The allotment generation would be reported as in the sample that follows (note that two reports are required due to the different allotment types).
