Abstract: The collection of supplemental information is required under section 90.257 for evaluating applicants for Part 90 Land Mobile stations in the 72-76 MHz band. Specifically, section 90.257 requires that an applicant agrees to eliminate any harmful interference cause by the operation to TV reception on either channel 4 or 5 that might develop. The FCC Form 1068A is required to be filed as an attachment to FCC Form 601.
