Abstract: The Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") is requesting a revision of the information collection titled, "28 GHz Band" under OMB Control No. 3060-0768 from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The purpose of the revision is to remove 47 CFR Sections 25.203, 25.250, 25.257 and 25.258 from OMB Control No. 3060-0768 because they were consolidated under OMB Control No. 3060-0678. OMB approved the consolidation on August 15, 2014.
