Abstract: VA is developing a PreNeed burial eligibility evaluation to evaluate burial eligibility in a National Cemetery prior to the actual Time of Need. This service is in line with VA's core values to provide services in a caring manner and to alleviate distress, along with improving our performance through the use of innovative technologies. The PreNeed evaluation achieves the goal of getting benefit data to users more quickly.
