No material or nonsubstantive change to a currently approved collection
The Commission is submitting this non-substantive change request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a Consumer Complaint Portal to be used for the electronic filing of informal complaints alleging violations of the Communications Act of 1934 (Act), as amended, and the Commission's rules. All information collection burdens associated with submission of a complaint using the online Consumer Complaint Portal are the same as the burdens associated with the previous submission of the FCC Complaint Forms.
