Abstract: On January 25, 2013, the Commission issued the IP CTS Interim Order to adopt emergency interim rules and seek comment on whether to adopt permanent rules to address certain practices related to the provision of IP CTS that appear to be contributing to a recent and dramatic spike in the reimbursement request to the Fund, of sufficient magnitude to constitute a serious threat to the Fund if not promptly and decisively addressed
