Abstract: The PACS will allow for identity proofing and vetting to determine the fitness of an individual requesting and/or requiring access to the DLA Land & Maritime, DLA Distribution (San Joaquin), and DLA Distribution (Susquehanna) installations/facilities. Fitness of persons will be determined by authorized DLA personnel analysis and assessment of information obtained through U.S. Government authoritative data sources prior to allowing unescorted access to these DLA installations/facilities.
