This information collection pertains to solicitation and contract requirements for information that the offeror/contractor must submit to DoD or a third party in response to the requirements of DFARS 225 and 225.225. These requirements predominantly implement domestic source restrictions and trade agreements/memoranda of understanding, or Defense Trade Cooperation treaties.
The increase of 7,026 burden hours is due to:
- Transfer of 25 hours from OMB clearance 0704-0475;
- Transfer of 11 hours from OMB clearance 0704-0488; and
- an upward adjustment to the estimated number of hours associated with Buy American/trade agreements certificates of almost 7,000 hours, based on FY 2012 FPDS data and re-evaluation of the number of annual responses.
