Abstract: The Epidemiology and Analysis Program Office within the Office of Surveillance and Laboratory services periodically collects information from customers and stakeholders. This feedback will provide insights into customer stakeholders perceptions, experiences and expectations, provide an early warning of issues with service, or focus attention on areas where communication, training or change in operations might improve delivery of products or services.
