The Commission seeks OMB approval for a new proposed collection adopting service rules to accommodate 470-698 MHz spectrum band 600 MHZ licensees. The proposed reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and other compliance requirements will be used by FCC staff to determine whether 600 MHz licensees satisfy compliance with required filings of notifications, certifications, regulatory status changes and meeting applicable performance benchmarks.
