Abstract: This information collection is necessary to fulfill the mandate of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA [42 USC 1973ff]). UOCAVA requires a statistical analysis report to the President and Congress on the effectiveness of assistance under the Act. The surveys will collect both quantitative and qualitative data from State Election Officials and Local Election Officials and will provide the data FVAP needs to conduct the analysis and comply with the reporting requirement.
