Abstract: POC information provided by participating companies to include name, other names used, company name and mailing addresses, work division/group, work email, and work telephone number for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, General Counsel, and the Facility Security Officer, or equivalents, and for personnel responsible for the implementation and execution of the DIB CS/IA program within their company.

Emergency Justfication: If this data collection is not approved under an emergency process, DoD will not be able to share or obtain cyber security threat information or meet the mandates of 10 U.S.C. § 2224 (a), (b), (c), (d) and 44 U.S.C. § 3544 (a), (1) (A) and (b). DoD CIO has coordinated this submission with the DoD Clearance Officer.
