Terms of Clearance: DOD must resubmit this collection with the previous terms of clearance actually addressed. There needs to be a revised privacy act statement which clearly describes the routine uses of this information. A revised PRA statement must also be available on all forms associated with this collection. Finally, the revised supporting statement should reference a current 60 and 30 day FRN -- not a 60 day notice completed in 2007.

Abstract: The information collected is used by a selection board to determine an applicant's academic and leadership potential for an NROTC Scholarship. Information is provided by the applicant, high school administrators and teachers and other adults well acquainted with the applicant. Booklet includes forms: NSTC 1533; CNET 1533/02, 1533/74, 1533/87, 1533/88, 1533/89, 1533/91, 1533/92, 1533/93; NAVCRUITE 1100/32.
