Abstract: A reference to the voluntary standard "ASMA112.19.8" on our previously approved form for pool and spa inspections is being updated to reflect the most recent version of the voluntary standard. The successor standard associated with the VGB PSSA is ANSI/APSP-16 "Standard for Suction Fittings for Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs" and becomes effective September 6, 2011. Our form has been updated with the most recent voluntary standard cite.
