Terms of Clearance: Clearance is provided on the condition that ACF/OAH will provide a written report with “lessons learned” after a major subset of the first follow-up studies has been completed, but before many of the second set of follow-up studies begin (around February 2013). This report shall contain, at a minimum, ACF/OAH's observations about successful strategies and challenges working with local evaluators, actual response rates (and techniques that were more or less effective in increasing those rates), and survey instrument administration.

Abstract: The Administration for Children & Families (ACF) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is conducting the Evaluation of Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Approaches (PPA), an eight-year demonstration designed to study the effectiveness of promising policy-relevant strategies to reduce teen pregnancy. This package is for the first follow-up data collection.
