Abstract: The U.S. Census Bureau seeks to collect this information via focus groups and interviews in order to make improvements to the Partnership Program for the intercensal years and for the 2020 Census. The information gathered will inform the development of new program materials and processes to improve the future mail-back rates of Census forms, and an improved program experience by the participants.
