Abstract: On May 27, 2010, in document FCC 10-88, the Commission released an Order adopting an interim rule – containing an information collection requirement -- designed to help prevent fraud and misuse in the provision of VRS. Though the Order emphasizes VRS, the rule also applies to all other forms of TRS.
