Abstract: This congressionally mandated evaluation will evaluate the effectiveness of the Rapid Re-Housing for Homeless Families Demonstration Program. Legislation authorizing the demonstration program required that there be an evaluation of the program "which will focus on determining the efficacy of the assessment process and the housing/service intervention related to how successfully households are able to independently sustain housing after receiving short-term leasing assistance."
