Abstract: The CCM operations planned will provide estimates of net coverage error and components of coverage error (omissions and erroneous enumerations) for housing units and persons in housing units. The CCM Person Followup and Person Followup Reinterview Collection is a key component in collecting the person data necessary to make those estimates. A separate CCM evaluation will conduct respondent debriefings for the CCM Person Interview and CCM Person Followup to obtain a qualitative gauge of how well these instruments performed the tasks they were designed to accomplish.
