Abstract: Alaska Native/Native Hawaiian colleges and universities will receive competitive grants to undertake CDBG-eligible activities to expand their role and effectiveness in helping their communities with neighborhood revitalization, housing, and economic development.

Emergency Justfication: Due to administrative oversight, this collection was not submitted on time. The loss of benefits the the customers should this collection expire, outweighs submitted it through through the normal process.
