Abstract: The CCM operations planned will provide estimates of net coverage error and components of coverage error (omissions and erroneous enumerations) for housing units and persons in housing units. The data collection and matching methodologies for previous coverage measurement programs were designed only to measure net coverage error, which reflects the difference between omissions and erroneous inclusions. The CCM Person Interview and Person Interview Reinterview Collection is a key component in collecting the person data necessary to make those components. The Recall Bias Study will provide insight into if there is a problem with reporting movement around census day as respondent contact becomes farther away from Census Day.
