Abstract: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is submitting a proposed rule to implement Amendment 10 (Regulation Identifier Number (RIN) 0648-AY00) to the Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan. Amendment 10 proposes the following new information collection requirements: Loligo squid vessel observer trip and cancellation notifications.
