Abstract: The Building Strong Families project will evaluate the effectiveness of voluntary interventions to help interested unwed parents fulfill their aspirations for a healthy marriage, if they choose that path. The information collection related to the implementation study will allow for description and documentation of the interventions being tested; respondents are program managers and staff and participants.

Short Statement: There is no change in burden from the most recently approved clearance, however upon converting systems to ICRAS all instruments were combined into one Part 2. Therefore, the Part 2 worksheets supporting the instruments appear to alter the allocation of burden of hours when in fact this is just a restoration to the detail contained in the original clearance.
