Abstract: Amendment 15 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan for Washington, Oregon, and California would implement a limited entry program for the Non-Tribal sectors of the Pacific Whiting Fishery. We are requesting minor changes to the Pacific Whiting Vessel License Application form, with simplified requirements. In order for fishermen to comply with this new requirement, approval is needed no later than March 17.
