Terms of Clearance: The Census Bureau shall change the last sentence of the second paragraph of the cover letter from "The data will be used only for statistical purposes to assemble national totals." to "The Census Bureau will only use the data for statistical purposes to assemble national totals." Prior to the commencement of the Quarterly Survey of Public Employee Retirement Systems forms distribution, the Census Bureau shall provide on its Internet site prominent links to a set of finalized survey forms, including instructions and cover letters, comparable to those provided for the 2007 Economic Census report forms. The final forms and letters shall reflect any changes in the survey year, OMB number expiration date, and Census leadership from those submitted for review.

Abstract: The Census Bureau needs the F-10 to survey the asset balances of major Public Employee Retirement Systems. This form is the basis for a quarterly report that is used by groups such as the Council of Economic Advisors and the Federal Reserve System to analyze factors affecting the securities market. This survey is input for the Federal Flow of Funds produced by the Federal Reserve System.
